Kamdhenu Block Board is made out of excellent quality plantation timer. Logs are quarter sawn into planks which are well seasoned before converting into battons in multiple rip-saw. Utmost care is taken to ensure minimum gap, overlaps or corrugation. Battons are sandwiched between two glued, mechanically dried and extra thick veneers and are pressed in hot press under accurate temperature and pressure. Melamine Urea Formaldehyde resin is used in MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin is used for producing Boiling Water Proof (BWP) grade Block Board. Kamdhenu Block Board is available in following options Poplar batten and poplar core veneer, imported pine with poplar core (Kamdhenu classic) and imported pine with gurjan core veneer (Kamdhenu club).
